Q: I'm not sure my registration went through on MyPaymentsPlus! How can I be sure?

A: MyPaymentsPlus has three ways you can confirm a registration:1. An email is automatically generated and sent to the email address of the person registering with a summary of the transaction details. 2. You can check the "Payment History" tab in your MyPaymentsPlus, which will show a list of all valid registrations and payments. 3. It will appear on the homepage of MyPaymentsPlus while logged in to your account. 

Q: Once logged into MyPaymentsPlus, I'm not sure how to add and pay for exams.

Q: I'm logged into MyPaymentsPlus, but I don't see the exams or options to register on my account. What can I do?

A: In order to view Advanced Placement exams, you must have a high school attached to the student account. This can be done via the student management menu while logged in. Once you have a high school added to the student, you can log out and back in, and the exams should now appear as options under your account.

Q: I accidentally signed up for the wrong exam! Can you help?

A: Please email Sarah Wollner your name, your school, and the name of the exam mistakenly registered, as well as the name of the exam you meant to register for. She will be able to change the exam manually if emailed before 4pm on Wednesday, 3/6.

Q: I missed the registration deadline. What are my options now?

A: A waiting list form will open Tuesday, March 19th at 8:00am at mmsd.org/ap. Exams cancelled by other MMSD students will be offered to those on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. Although there is no guarantee a seat will become available, this is an opportunity for those wishing to take an exam who missed the initial registration deadline.

Q: I need to cancel my exam. How can I proceed?

A: A cancellation document will be posted at mmsd.org/ap on the morning of Tuesday, March 19th at 8:00am. Exams cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the exam date are entitled to a partial refund. The full cancellation policy document may be found at mmsd.org/ap
